The BIG ten4 Policy

We don’t mass-produce our gear. Every shirt is custom-printed just for you by a partner printer in your own region. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or choose the wrong size. We ask that you check the size guide twice and buy once.

Damages and Issues

We aren't corporate drones—if we mess up, we’ll fix it. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the shirt is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the fault is ours (a wonky print or a manufacturing tear), we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out from your local printer at no extra cost to you.
